Senor Project Help, Really need ideas on what I should do

I now starting my Senor year at high school and I'm in bit of a pickle. My school has to do Senor projects and I don't have a clue on what to do. I shown my teacher 3 ideas on a sheet and she didn't like any (I only need one project & 2 back-ups.) She's worried that I might not have a project chosen in time.:

Learn Japanese (says it'll be too hard)
Make a video game (Again, says too hard)
Make a collection of comics (teacher could't see a good purpose to this)

On the sheet, asking what hobbies I like, I put in Spriting as one of them. I had to tell her what that is. She said that was original and a good idea. However, I don't know what I could with spriting, Senor projects need to take the whole school year, something that can be studied, and should have a positive result. So my first question is what could I do that involves spriting?

Now I need 2 more ideas. Here are something about me that could give me some ideas:

- I have no experience of programing

- I'm a guy who doesn't like books
- I been all around the US and even London.
- I like to do things that make a difference like Relay for Life.
- I enjoy multi-culture.
- Enjoy company


That's all I can think of. ANY kind of help will be appreciated. I also hope I get help as quick as possible because my high school graduation depends on this.
