EDIT: Oh, and avatars are fairly pointless too, but MFGG has had them for ages. Not every feature on here needs a point to it.

I'm just using an OPTIONAL feature to replace the silly ? block with an actually good flag.

Why the **** would you ban anyone for using an OPTIONAL feature the way they want? If I were to get banned for something like that I think I'd just lose all hope in MFGG and I think a lot of others would too.

And yes, but avatars are there for identification as well.

Why don't you just run an IP check and then use that instead of having to select the flag anyways

I mean I could easily do it using php, so uh it shouldn't be that much of a problem.

I already shut off hostname lookups in an attempt to deal with the horrible network performance of late.
