Basically, I downloaded a DS homebrew emulator called snesDS.

However, it doesn't seem to work.

I'll start it using my CycloDS, then pick an SMC rom, and then it freezes.

Another time, it got past the "Select File" screen, but then both screens went black and my DS wouldn't respond.

So what should I do?

He downloaded a SNES emulator to work on his DS, but when he loads the rom, his DS freezes. And maybe the problem is you're using .smc files. Wouldn't .roms work better? --------------------

EDIT: Alright, turns out snesDS isn't compatible with what I'm doing, so I just need to get a different emulator.

But to let you know, DS Snes emulators are pretty bad campared the GameBoy and NES. This compatability list can help if you use SNEmulDS: http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/SNEmulDS_Compatibility_List Depending on what you're using, you alo might need to patch it.
