Drawing Competition #87, Back to School

Just needs some touching up.

That's not much of an excuse. Drink coffee? Tape your eyes open? I could easily notice that at 12:30AM. But that's cuz I'm a night owl. Why didn't you do it in the morning? I'm not saying it ruins the image. It's just a flaw. Petey Pirahna's Sake? That's a new one :P

@Yoshbert: Looks awesome! The lineart is some spots look weird though.

That's your problem right there.


That brand is horrid and very cheap. Not saying you cant do great pieces with it, but it's sorta hard to blend colors together.


Prisma colors are very soft and easy to blend.

For a pack of Crayolas is about 12 dollars.

For a pack of Prisma is about 25-30 dollars.

I know that the 100 piece set is 120 dollars. -_-;




It also depends on the person and if they know how to use the media right. I know Ashura can do Digital art very well and it looks awesome, but if I did it with one of my pieces it would look like complete crap. Now on the other hand if I did my piece traditional style, it would look pretty decent and eye catching.

@Visionary: Yeah. I'd rather just stick with oC. Sorry if I'm a bit blunt with my opinions.

Can you take care of Top 5 for me? That would be a huge help, because I'm not totally sure if I'll have time to finish up this competition with orientation week being busy and annoying.

I swear, it like, eats time up like you'd never imagine.

Ok, but it'll probably be about 12 hours ahead of the due date. Not like anyone will make anything by then, though.

These contest seem to last (too) long.

They're typically two weeks, because they apparently take more work than Spriting. It should be bumped down to 1 week.
