If you need to make a background, I suggest getting another piece of paper or whatever and stick your people above the background. However, with the paper (whichs for me, scans out a very very light shade of gray that looks white), that's a bit difficult to do.... Anyways, I'd say go for it.

This was the closest rule I could find that could answer your question. In a way, it's like posting for each other, because if both of you work on it, and Black Boo posted the final picture, it's like posting for Dark Zero, which makes the drawing void. Even if that didn't apply, only Black Boo would gain the badge, because it's assumed that he did the work on it.
