I added the eyes around the height a normal goom has its eyes and made the bottom half more round, so it looks more like two guys.

I added a frame to the walking, it should make it smoother. Hope you don't mind :P

Anyway, the way the body moves up and down right now is a little strange. I recommend having the 2 frames where the step is finished to be only one pixel lower than the others.

As for arm movement, you may not need a lot of it. See how the animation looks if you take the normal arm position and just put that on the walking. If it looks a little boring, make it move up and down, whatever makes the animation more interesting.

Could you perhaps provide an edit of the walking animation? I did a little edit, but I'm not sure what you mean.

I'd suggest making the feet not stay flat the whole time, or just add a frame or two. It's not bad, though.

No additional frames please.
I'd appreciate it if all enemies has no more than SIX frames for walking.

Tried out, and you are right. The leg circle looks good.

Since this are two SpearMen standing on top of each other, the animation might include some inbalanced-ness or something, but that would be just for perfection.

Six? I don't know. I think eight max would be better. Some characters can pull off six, but Some look better with eight.

Well actually I don't have too much a problem. The thing is that the default walking animation for enemies is six images long. All enemies with more or less than six images would need extra property settings.

The bobbing in the animation you have now is a little messed up, it isn't even.
You should just use the one I made, to be honest.

Though the sprite itself is really nice.

I didn't edit that. I left it intact. I simply deleted some stray pixels and stuff.

EDIT: Luckyzapper, though the initial idea is good, you pvershaded it a bit, and you put some unnecesary blue pixels and stuff around the legs.
