Nobody likes an idea man who can't prove that his ideas work. My advice? Read a few basic tutorials to get the hang of things, make a few small things that aren't your game idea. Then, build a proof of concept engine and get a team after that.

What kind of positions are open on your team(if any)? Those are just the basic questions you need to answer. Also no one is going to help unless you show what you can contribute to the team or what you can do.
