I agree that the ban was a little harsh and unnecessary, especially since members post pictures like that all the time in the GC.

When I saw this topic I thought "Awesome, it'll be fun to watch people freak out".

Tbh, I find this rule to be stupid and unfair. I, for one, had a super happy heart badge before I was banned and I feel I should at least be given another chance and access to at least the damn general friendliness forum. D:

In before this topic becomes another CCC debate which, in the end, changes nothing at all.

Actually, the problem there was that the other people shouldn't have gotten away with it either (including you, who have posted spam in the GC many times).

Image spam in the GC used to be bannable, and people did use to get banned for it. That is, until moderation generally became slacker for no real reason in '07-'08.

How the **** did OSM get banned over that when i've seen MODS can post 4chan links?

Opinions are fine, as long as you write seriously; however, posting a topic with words like "AAHHH WHERE'S MY CCC??? WHAT HAVE YOU MODS DONE MY DAY IS RUIN" isn't really that smart of an idea since you wouldn't be taken seriously :[

But those opinions probably aren't going to change anything. =P

Especially because we get at least one CCC complaining topic every month.
