Drawing Comp Entry - 87, Peach is goin back to school!

It's my entry. It's mostly to improve my ability with oC and I personally think I've gotten better. C&C?

The eyes look too far apart, the head is too big compared to the body and the hands look a bit big. Overall it looks good, especially the coloring

That's actually how I draw all my pictures. Chibi body proportions with that normal anime feel to it. I actually tend to focus too much on the head because I feel that's the most important part.

Glad you think the coloring is good, because this is far better than my previous attempts. Sorta wish I didn't slop up the shirt, but I can't save in oC (I didn't buy it, I'm using the 30 day trial and the trial period is up, preventing me from saving).

Honestly, she looks like she has the infamous "retarded Luigi" look because she is looking two opposite directions.

Other than that, good.

Looking in 2 different directions? I'm sorry, what? The white highlight both reside in the top left of her eyes. And her eye outline are suppose to face inward. If you mean the eyes are too far apart, then that can be easily fixed for a different picture.

Black Boo is close; it's not that they are looking in two directions, it's that they are not looking at anything. Making your figure look like it's staring at something makes it look much more believable than what you drew, IMO :o

That's pupils. The COLORED part of the eye is the iris.

Lawl. Sorry. I get my eye parts confused. I only retain information I find important.

To me, the neck doesn't seem to be in the right place. But then again, I always draw the neck in the center. The coloring is good.

I'm just not use to other people using it because 99.9% of everyone else says "Lol".

@CaptainSyrup: That's another strange habit I can't kill. I personally don't like the neck being in the center because then it makes the neck appear fat (and also my fear of big adam apples, which look like they could explode any minute). The closest I've ever gotten it to the lowest part of the chin was just to the right below the right eye.
