sprites forwarhammer 40k game, which ones are better

so i think alot of you should know me and nintendan are making an online warhammer game...
but anyway, we were having an argument about whose tyranid sprites look better.

thats them you're not rating the tau firewarrior (the yellow guy) just the other two.
the one on the left (mine) is number 1 and the other (nintendan's) is number 2.
they're both not completely finished yet.(my devourer doesnt look like it should)
but i just think that nintendan's doesnt fit the style whereas he thinks my termagaunt isnt anatomically correct.
anyway please help.

EDIT :i figure i should post a picture of what they should look like:

they both dont look exactly right, but i just think dans is going off in a different directio, if you know what i mean.
plus the guys painted the colours on that wrong the leviathan colour scheme should have purple not black.

number 1, but it needs a lot of work if you want your game to look clean.

its obviously not finished i did mine within 5 minutes after dan showing me what he'd done, because i didnt really like it.
