I think it sounds good, but what will happen at the "the experiment fails" part? Will there be a gigantic explosion of energy that turns all of the mushrooms to gold, or will the machine start firing all over the kingdom on its own, or what?

I agree with the ideas stated

Well, I don't really see that as the real main boss. Think something like Bowser in M&L: PiT. You fight it last, but it isn't really the hardest final boss.

These topics are locked 24 hours after we've come to an acceptable solution, not right after they were made. So you have plenty of time to post your opinions here.
Like all members' opinions, they are appreciated, especially if they make sense.



Anyway, I think we've pretty much agreed that the idea from the IRC will be the base for our stories.
