Whats your favourite Level type?

City levels. Go die water levels.

Beach levels.

Water and Ice levels just piss me off

I tend to like beach areas the most, but not because of the swimming. They just always are really happy places C:

Cities are cool too.

Anything above ground level.
Otherwise it just feels so limited.

Ice.

I've always been a fan of city levels myself.


I'm not sure why. Urban combat and what have you just kinda fascinates me.

Fire levels. Dark-ish comes in second.
And I hate water/ice levels.

Personally, I like space levels because they can have really unique things, like zero gravity.

Usually I hate water levels, but If they are done right I like them. Beach levels are tolerable because of the scenery and you (usually) don't have to set foot in the water.

if you ask me SMG is probably the only game where any Level type is enjoyable somehow, even the auto-scrolling ones.

Where is ancient shrines?

I love ancient shrines.

(Hidden Palace, Lost World, etc.)

Castle levels here, with sky levels coming in at second.

Fire levels. With volcanos. Should also contain some jungle.

I like the underground levels, though I would like to see more city levels in Mario games. I mean there were a few in the Wario games, but not strictly Mario games persay.
