Armada's Pixel Art

Did these in my programming class the other day when I finished early. These could be described better as "MS Paint drawings", but who cares? :U


I guess this is chibi? I don't know. He does, however, look silly.

I don't mean to offend you bro, but these are 5 second drawings right? You really should put more effort into this. Don't give me no "but it was made in MSpaint" either! Using shading on things such as this will get you more comments.

That isn't pixel art at all. Those look more like MS Paint drawings with little effort put into them.

Add some shading, make your lines smoother and make the outline thinner.

This isn't pixel art... Pixel art is made pixel by pixel, unlike what you posted.

I dunno, I think that you could do better. :/

Anyways, Your little lizard thingy doesn't look like chibi to me. Sure, chibi does technically mean "small person" and can apply to anything that is small. However, you did no techniques to make it, and doesn't even look like a chibi dragon. You just made an MS Paint lizard-thingy.

You could have definately done better. Please post things that are also worth our time, not just yours.

I said I wasn't looking for criticsim on those. Thanks for giving it [/sarcasm]. These literally were five second drawing, so I didn't care much for them or what is thought about them. So continue you your silly ramblings if you want, because I'm not going to listen. EDIT: That sounds a bit rude, but I'm really not.

I was setting up this topic more for actual pixel art (when I get to it), but I didn't get to what I wanted to yesterday, so I placed in some filler.

I had real pixel art from a group job on iScribble (although I did see an MFGG project), but I can't locate it anywhere on the gallery now (it was published). I'm sorry for the inconvenience to you, especially after looking at my horid MS Paint drawings. Might as well change the topic to digital art now. :\

EDIT:

It's not a lizard/dragon. It's Giygas from Earthbound in his final form. He's a giant demonic swiriling something, so this actually counts as a "chibi" form of him.


Normally the size of the entire background of the SNES. :U
