For me, it's gotta be Kirby Super Star. I played that game so many times with so many people, no game can match it's nostalgic value for me. The music, the graphics, everything about it was just so.... memorable. It's music brings me to tears when I hear it. It felt so amazing and when I finally got an N64 later, it was an incredible experience, seeing Mario in 3D with the fresh controls and such.
