True. 88 is different from 888. In the Greek Language, each letter would match up a certain number. 888 just happened to match to a word which symbolized Jesus, which makes sense why 888 is considered lucky.

Where did you find 88 = to the devil? I couldn't find anything about that.

Mario's M logo on his hat is at a strange angle, just to name one. I know it's a WIP, but it feels like a very very early story board type drawing.

Yeah, tomorrow I might colour it in, then fineline the outline and possibly do finshing touches.

UPDATE:

Coloured Version with added 1 hp life bar (that daredevil run pissed me off!)
I'll do a finelined version next
