ShyGuy Grey, your local General Friendliness moderator has been given the power to tackle the GC as well. Basically he's just another set of hands since this the GC has a habit of becoming the CCC dumping grounds. As we've got a dedicated moderator that shouldn't be as much of an issue now.

He'll still be resuming his General Friendliness moderation but obviously there's less work to be done there since it's gone Casual. Still on par with Guinea and Ashura power wise.
