About the huge number of request topics

Recently we've had this huge number of request topics where people search for people to help their "team". I have nothing against these topics if they're done with style, but it seems that these topics that appears are generally "make my game for me" and don't seem to lead anywhere. I dunno it seems like a problem to me, but eh, if I'm wrong tell me.

But imo we should put these topics somewhere, either in a global topic or a subforum. But that's just my opinion.

They should probably have their on sub-forum. The unsucessful team projects just clog up the fangame discussion forum.

1) Fangames go to the Released section when they are released.
2) Fangames go to the WIP section when they have proof that they are in progress.
3) Everything else that goes with the rules can go to this "global" fangaming forum.
However, there are also rules for this one and when a topic has too little information or there is another reason to not trust the poster, they ARE locked.
I can't look at all new topics and posts, this is why there are "report" buttons. (Which I know you take advantage of)
