And I'm not sure, but I think you can use it without it being on the server. I just remember playing on a server, adding a cannon and the admin was like "OMG how'd you do that?!" so either I'm right or the admin forgot he downloaded it.

EDIT: I do have a couple ideas I should toy with. Primarily a flipping tank and a minitank.

Alright so MATCH TODAY. THE CONDITIONS:
1) 3 weapons max on your tank (preferibly one on the base and 2 on the turret, or all 3 on the turret, or no turret and just put them on the base, etc.)
2) Max rocket damage: 40. Set the delay on rockets for 5 seconds.
3) Machine gun damage: 1 per boolit. Set it to 1 bullet at a time. Use spread if you want.

4) Max tank health: 400 HP
5) No getting out of your tank and Rocket Lauching/Grenading/Pulse Rifleing/whatever your opponents.
6) Save your tank in the duplicator if you want. It's gonna get destroyed anyway.
7) Your tank gets destroyed= you're out. Wait and noclip around to spec the battle until it ends.
8) No ECKSBAWKS HUEG tanks. We may give exeptions if the tank is just barely bigger than what we asked for.
9) Map is gm_atomic. go download it now.
10) No time limit. Last one alive lock the door.

how do we set the HP of our tank, again

Breakable tool should have a slider to set it.

But isn't 400 a bit too low? A few rockets and then you're dead :V

edit: Neverwind, with 5 seconds and 40 damage rockets, and 1 damage turrets it should be alright

It's 11:47 AM right now for me, so in about 6 to 7 hours from now.

Also if you want to make your bullet turrets have more kick, I'll allow it ONLY if you make them fire slowly (like 1 bullet every half-second if it does like 3 HP per bullet.

also whoever hosts should have the advanced duplicator
