Also I agree that the tail thing should make you go higher to start with THEN do the hover thing.

The music is just filler right now. I'm not sure if that song will even be in the final game, and if it is, I'm going to increase the volume anyway. I don't plan to change the helicopter tail move any further, but there will be fans in some levels that will push Toodles higher in the air if he's helicoptering over them.
