Ok guys, I thought I would post a Thread comparing the Sizes of the Blank Room Tests from GM1 all the way to GM7. Here are the Results!

GM1: 662KB(Crashes upon Entry of Empty Rooms, Source's Resources in Seperate Files)
GM2: 756KB
GM3: 935KB(Compiles Resources into 1 Source, uses .gmf)
GM4: 1.15MB(First to have an Interface, Switches to .gmd)
GM5: 1.44MB
GM6: 1.06MB(Switches to .gm6)
GM7: 2.19MB(Switches to .gmk)
GM8: Unreleased(C++ Runner)

And yes I have GM1-7. DO NOT GET GM1-3. THEY HAVE NO GUI. ONLY BUTTONS. O_O Get GM4 if you want an old version.

I wouldn't suppose you would be able to also do a RAM Usage test in the same manner. I'm curious to know what is loaded to memory was for each generation.

That would be rather... Difficult, unless I found a way to make a Program that Checks. Why? Windows Task Manager isn't always right with the RAM Usage.

That is not what RAM is, RAM is Random Access Memory, which is Memory used to store the Programs when they are run. If you didn't have RAM, the Processor would have to read from your Harddrive instead of the RAM, which would be much slower.
