Would it be possible to entirely remove the ip bans so that people who are having ip troubles can post once again?

I'm using Google Chrome, and I used IE and Firefox, still the same results. I have a fast Internet connection as well. Sometimes, Taloncrossing times out on me when in the middle of replying. Sometimes, I have to use 'Quick Reply' due to server loading. Is Taloncrossing having server problems, Retriever II? I really don't think it's the forum (especially due to the version of IPS), nor the main site. It's working fine now, but usually it randomly goes "ka-boom." -------------------- i stole this.

the banned IP ranges shouldn't affect anyone here anyway. If they do you should be giving me a call.

I've checked on isitjustme, and it says that it's up, but still, it's p. annoying. It works fine though in about 30-40 seconds or so. This has been coming up pretty often when I've tried to get into the forums for a few weeks. It says I'm not banned, so I don't know what's going on! I've gotten so sick of seing it that I had to use a "certain website" to get past the stupid "board message" to post this. Please help. I want to get into the forum the normal way.

I get this just by entering the forums via the link on the main site.
Edit: oh yeah. The menu is disabled and I can't click anything else.
