Rewriting the turret code as it did not take full effect of raycasting because that wasn't featured back then~

Added motion blur, Portal particles, bullet particles, ambient sound effects and a light engine.

Unfortunately I can't show you any of this now that we've gone this far.

Developers complained about how it could get hard to tell what the portal color was on the run. The "light engine" version has been modified to this:
