As for Sonic, this game looks like it's gonna be a straight hit or miss. It's got a couple retarded things going on, like a weird ass new character and the infamous "were-hog", but it wouldn't be a Sonic game if it was flawless. I think it's got a lot of good things going for it. And they definitely gave Sonic his speed back, thank god.

BTW Why the **** isn't Knuckles in this game?

They said that tails and knuckles and shadow is going to be in the game. But idk they could of been lieing.

If anything it should feel like the treasure hunting stages in SA2B, well I liked those stages anyways. Yeah, I'm not gonna knock it either. The concept of how he plays and the whole nighttime level scene is gonna be pretty cool. I'm sure.

But you can't tell me that the idea of turning Sonic into a werewolf wasn't just pulled right out of SEGA's ass, yo.

Unleashed actually looks pretty cool. And one of my friends is definitely going to buy it.

I can't believe it. I am actually waiting for a new (at least part-) 3D Sonic game.

OnTopic: I dunno about this game. I have been really disappointed with the newer 3D sonic games (especially 06). If the game turns out decent, I'm buying it, otherwise I'm not going to bother with it and I will laugh at sega for ruining its own mascot's reputation even further

Getting lazy? There hasn't been a worthwhile 3D sonic game since the Adventure games on Dreamcast, and those were made almost 10 years ago. :V

If we're talking 3D graphics, Sonic Rush wasn't bad. 3D gameplay, the early ones weren't that bad, people like to be harsh on them due to the later games which HAVE been awful, although they certainly did have some flaws. This one here isn't really much 3D gameplay at all though, it's mostly side scrolling, with a few portions mixed in of the 3D werehog gameplay, and just a few quick segments in levels.

Anyway, Sonic Unleashed comes up soon, so a demo will be availiable on the Play Station store soon.
I just think people should wait till the've played the game to rant about it.
