TRU Event Dragonite (lvl 50), Nov 8th + 9th

Haha oh wow, it'd be hilarious tearing through the game with a level 50 Dragonite when everyone is like level 5 and stuff

I should do an overkill playthrough where all my pokemon are hacked and powerful as, but the catch is I don't heal them at Pokemon centers or anything

like the darkrai event, I won't be able to get this because the buses traveling near my nearest Toys R Us do not operate on the weekends. Since I rely on buses to travel around, I'm screwed. :/

I'd be there if my town actually had a Toys -R- Us.

Got mine. Currently SRing for good IVs.

Well you'd be pretty much screwed whenever one of them gets poisoned or burned, they lose quite a chunk of HP.

Then again, there's always potions.

So I went to Toys R us today and acquired the Dragonite. I spent a few hours SRing for IVs and here's what I got:

27 / 30 / 16 / 8 / 31 / 25

The speed IV is terrible, but Dragonite only has an 80 base speed stat.

I mean you only use items to heal, that's all.

I'm very sad it is always mild. :[

There's a darkrai event in Australia right now. Wish I could go, but I'm not.

I just hate how Nintendo excludes Mexico and other regions to this.

Nintendo did you know, I don't care, I have an friend over here that's called Action Replay... Nwehehehe!

Anyways, not so good stuff in that Dragonite, just the moves it has... But it lacks some good ones :/

You can run a pretty good Specs set with it, though... but I never use Choice items, so that's not really helpful.

They did do the Darkrai event in selected Woolworths stores around the UK 3 months ago, and I managed to get one from one of them.

Dragonite is so ugly.

what? it makes getting a good pokemon easier than if the natures were random. It took me a miserably long time to get a good gamestop deoxys. I got ones with great IVs but terrible natures, or ones with great natures but terrible IVs. It took me over 200 resets to get a decent rash deoxys with 26 attack, 31 sp attack and 29 speed.

I was so pissed off in the SRing process, I had a deoxys with 27 HP/ 29 ATK / 25 DEF / 31 SP ATK / 19 SP DEF/ 30 SPEED but it was serious

uh I'd rather do that than get something stupid like mild or know that everyone has the same god damn dragonite.

At least make it Adamant or Jolly.
