I'm gonna be at my Dad's house doing nothing.

No sweets - "They're bad for you, have some vegetables"
No scary movies - "No you've spent your hour of screen time, oh but theres a nature program you might like, you can watch that"
No trick or treating - "How about we go on a walk instead, look out for badgers"

Gross! Your dad is strange.

Sweets can be good for you......they lighten up your soul :]
Uhm......I thought you spent your hour of screentime? Contradictory much.....
The trick or treating thing, I don't care, because I don't do that anymore. Too embarassing. I just mooch off the candy my parents by for halloween to give to other kids :P

I wonder what Christmas would be like for you.....

Nah, I exxagerrated a bit, and I only go there every other weekend or longer at half-term, holidays.

We just aren't going trick or treating this year, christmas is usually normal but we can't stay up for new year because "there's no point". Last year I was here at my Mum's house for Halloween and it was awesome, I got the biggest haul of candy ever (Probably nothing on what you canadians and americans get though), I went as a ninja and I scared my friend by jumping out of the shadows at him.

Yes, I only get one hour of screentime there but if theres "A nature program you might like" then we watch it.

The sweets thing, we get a bar of chocolate every weekend we're there, but that's usually it, Coca-Cola and anything with an E-number in it is a "No, it rots your guts, never in a million years". We often have to go on long boring walks where we have a ham/cheese and salad sandwich and an apple for lunch, possibly a packet of crisps and a muffin.

I think my stepmum made my dad like this.

Reminds me of my brother's friend from Alaska. I think he over exaggerated his life, but his step mother apparently has total control of the enitrely family, and hates him so much. His younger sister (the step mother's daughter) apparently gets a bigger allowance, and plays with her money like it's salad. The father just goes with what the step-mom does, and he's constantly grounded for stupid reasons like "you didn't finish your homework in an hour" or something.

It's a somewhat saddening story, but I refuse to believe such a life for a person in that neighborhood exists.

Back to Halloween:
I'm not entirely sure if the Japanese celebrate halloween but I don't think they do. Their version seemed to have passed already. They still might celebrate it however, seeing as they sell halloween stuff in their stores, and there's been references about it in some anime. I'm not even sure if my family is celebrating halloween, but you never know!

I am going with my friends trick-or-treating (i'm going to wear just a captain falcon helmet and probably a hoodie or something) in their neighborhood.

Afterwards, we go to my house and stay over (for my birthday)

Going to my freind's house.

Wear V masks.

Than go trick-or-treating.

Run around with silly string and scare little kids.

I probably just watch the Garfield Halloween special on DVD. It's a yearly tradition. (Plus, it's the most hilarious holiday special of any kind, ever.)

Personally, I don't care how old I am, candy always tastes good, and it's all free.
Of course, I won't wear a costume, other than maybe a cheap mask that I bought to a few dollars, just as an excuse.

How about a Tom Cruise mask?

I'm dressing up for school. But really all I'm doing is wearing a white shirt and jeans, untied brown shoes, and fixing my hair to look like L. I already kind of look like him.

Going to a halloween party in my friend's aunts house. They're gonna have a ****load of candy there and they basically rented out the local Blockbuster for Friday The 13th movies, Halloween movies, and the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. I'll probably just wear my V mask everywhere in there and nomb on candy :>
