you've seen the 'problem' correct?

so you should know being a smartass is perfectly acceptable in this case.

Well. I'm afraid I'll have to go this route, even though I'll get marauded for it. I only have your word on this, but your temper and how you react to it and how you call your mother makes me feel like you are just a whiny teen who already has issues with his mother and just decided to get mad at her again. I can't trust you, because I wasn't there nor have I met your mother. Therefore you are just an internet ranter, and I will just tell you to get a life and start respecting your mother.

Oh, and by the way, you can check your email as many times as you want but she can't? And just because she didn't know how to fix a problem, I give her props for trying. She may have made it worse, but if you will die with just a few days without internet while it repairs, I suggest you seek professional help. On top of which, who is paying the internet bills? Apparently, your mother is, because you said your father doesn't need internet. This is what I must infer from the facts at hand. Therefore, it is her computer and internet and not yours, legally, therefore she has the right by which to do what she wants with it, and you have no right to act as if it is your property she has basically destroyed.

She tried to break KlonoaWarrior's computer. You can't assume that his computer is his mom's, just because his mom pays for the internet.

Normally in every family I know (not just conservative ones) the leading parent claims ownership over the household computer. That's why I infer the idea. If it was HIS computer she wouldn't be using it then.....unless she's a psycho.

You shouldn't escape real world problems via any source that only numbs the pain temporarily. We all got to deal with our own problems eventually, putting them off can make it worse.

I don't think Sparker is the kind who uses the internet as a number to escape into a fantasy world away from the real world. Like most other people (Many times without knowing), I think he uses various activites to deal with his pain. I know I definitely do the same exact thing with my music.

What is he going to do? Tell his mother to stop being crazy? Well, if she was a good mother, she should know this, right?

Come on, MFGG Life Patrol.

I'm still astounded by the internet tough guys here. I can only imagine the kind of pain people that like must be in.

Fawfulhasfury.

GoBuyMelons.

I luv you guys.

Here is what you need to do Sparker. Take off the cover of your computer. Look at where the power button is. Fix however it works, as I've seen buttons that overcomplicate themselves.

I love how you guys are acting like it's sad that he uses the computer/internet to escape reality, yet I'm willing to bet that at least 95% of you (Yes, that means you GoBuyMelons) are the same exact way.

Dial-up hates everyone.

ARGH!
Journal Entry: Sun Nov 9, 2008, 8:06 AM
Mood: Pissed Off
Well, it's gone from bad to worse. Okay, some of you know how tough I have it living with my mom in a basement apartment. So after school on Friday, I went to visit my dad.

It was actually a great weekend! We had Chinese Food and I played Brawl too!

(I finished all the Event matches, unlocked all the stages and got all the characters)

My dad also took me to a college fair on Saturday so we could take a look at the different colleges. Afterwards, he took me to a clothes shop so we could buy some jackets, pants and coats.

(The only drawback was that he didn't have the internet, since he "didn't need it".)

All was fun, then we came home. My paranoid mom thought my "evil" dad tried to brainwash me into spending the night at his house.

Yadda...
Yadda...
Yadda...

So I go into the comptuer room thinking: "At least going online will make things better." Lo and behold, I find the Power Button jammed in. Turns out my DAMN IDIOTIC MOTHER was checking her ****ING e-mail AGAIN! SOMEHOW she ended up BASHING the button too deep! NOW WE HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE TO REPAIR IT!

And here I am at the library.

So...how are you guys?

So now a jammed power button that is easily fixable is worthy of full-fledged rage and confessions of the internet being your sole reason to live.

Wow. Just wow. I know I have issues, but that's just plain overreaction to a very petty thing.

Ok your problem can be fixed by...

Opening side panel, Trace the wire from the power button back to the motherboard... Unplug the cable from the motherboard. Take a Key, a coin, anything metallic, and touch both prongs and BAM power.
