I'm trying it out right now....I will tell you later what I think of it

Edit: well I a guessing that its really early in the design of the game....cause there are a lot of glitches like It can be very hard sometimes to hit the coin blocks and some sometimes when I jumped it wouldn't let me move side to side and sometime goombas just disappeared out of thin air. those were the major things I noticed, but other then that this game has pretty good potential and if you work really hard on this it could be a great game

I can't even get passed the second level...
It's decent so far. There's a lot of glitches to fix.
But like metwars, this could turn out pretty cool.

Also, to make it more Koopa-ish, you should give the Koopa Troopa some moves.
Like, ducking makes him go into his shell and spin, like in New Super Mario Bros. when you're Shell Mario. Then you're able to get into small places you wouldn't normally be able to get to, or something.

Funny, I had a SMW hack of the same name.

The games alright, especially if you started from scratch and its your first try. You probally know this too, but the blocks are real unresponsive, and there are all sorts of other little things, like blocks seem to block you from jumping toward them, and everthing you throw goes over everything. Your level design was nice, and the game could be great if you continue work on it.

Agreed on what others have said so far, but my biggest annoyance what that I couldn't even get past the first obstacle for the second level. It's like I'm always getting block, leading to my falling off course at the very beginning.

It's a very good game for starting out. Things to consider:

-Moving left/right in the air when you jump straight up
-When you hit blocks, allow the player to continue their horizontal movement
-Perhaps a life indicator?

That's about it, nice work.

Wow this is some much better....I am loving this game now...couple things though

1. can you make a better koopa sprite or something. the one you have now seems really stiff or unatural or something....I just don't like it

2. are you going to make it so that you are able to crouch in this game cause there were several parts in the beta where I wished I could duck....like ducking under an enemy

3. will there be power ups like a fire flower in the game?

4. when ever there is one space between blocks I can't seem to jump inbetween them...can you try to fix that
