That lawsuit about the rumble controllers was quite valid. I dunno it seems a bit hazy to me. It's like you could register a patent for something that you think a company might make, not actually make it yourself and if said company DOES make it, you can sue them. Nintendo is a big company. Big companies get sued over nothing. It's sad, but it's a part of nature or something. If Nintendo was just a garage company, I'll bet my pants no one would sue it.

That's because if they were a garage company they would have little to no money, and any idea worth sueing over would cost more than the other company would get out of it.

The real problem is that Nintendo is very sucessful with the Wii, and everyone wants a piece of that ****.

not true. big companies (like sony) regularly sue smaller folks before they can even get off the ground.
