As far as I'm aware, the PS3 and 360 both use vibrating controllers, and the iPod touch and PS3 controllers use gyroscopes to record "human movement" as well. Why just Nintendo when you can go after Sony, Microsoft, and Apple as well?

Yes, an extremely biased fan forum for Nintendo's most famous series and a bunch of court officials who doesn't really care will definately see eye-to-eye.

These guys are pretty ridiculous, but some companies, though not exactly "nice" people, at least make sure they know what they're getting themselves into before they rush in and sue.

Yes, but their primary purpose is to be a phone and an iPod, and then they show that technology feature as a neat side-effect.

Nintendo's product is advertised to be primarily based on that technology.

keeping in mind that sony and microsoft have both received their fair share of ahurr patent lawsuits over the years. it's not just nintendo thats guilty of stealing
