Good job to everyone who entered, especially those who made the top 7. This week's competition is Bowser Junior. Not Koopa Kids. Not Baby Bowser. Not Shadow Mario. Any of these references are acceptable: Jr. with original design Jr. with post-Sunshine design Jr. with different brush design Rules: - You can imitate an existing style or create your own - You can sprite him platform, isometric, overhead, etc.; I don't care - No spriting the Koopa Kids, Baby Bowser, or Shadow Mario Simple. So get started, this one will be shorter than the last one. You have until November 30 to get this done. It's epic IMO because it's not some obscure character or a tileset compo that excluded certain levels for no good reason.

Problem is, he's gotta be so small to be to scale with 'ol Stachio there, it was tough to get all the details visible. Come to think of it, though, he a LOT bigger than this in Mario Galaxy, so I'm not sure that old Mario size chart thing is all that accurate anymore. I might try again later... Yeah, I did a little research. He's just a teensy bit bigger than Mario in NSMB, and then he's enormous in Super Mario Galaxy. He seems to change sizes so that he's always the same size in comparison to Bowser, who was quite large in Galaxy, so that makes sense.
