I need a platformer engine for MMF2. It doesn't have to have complicated functions, walking, jumping, stomping enemies and other simple things are enough.

NO "useplatformenginekthxbai", "DO IT YOURSELF", "UES GAEM MAKKER" or anything similar to that. Lord knows I've tried MANY MANY TIMES to make a platform engine. And he also knows that I've always failed.

Well game maker is easier to use IMO.

But you should look in the how-to on the main site, Or go to the website you got the program from.

Here.

Finished this in about 40 minutes. It's not very complete, but should be good to go. By the way, there are some small bugs in horizontal collisions, but it's not too hard to fix ( just add two more sensors).

And if slopes seem a bit bumpy, it's because I used acceleration with decimals - Same goes to gravity. This is just to make movement smoother.

And last thing, I didn't include deacceleration, but it's fairly simple to add.

EDIT: And just to mention: all the values are controlled by the object "Variables".

Advanced Platform Movement Extension. It has built in... everything, and is very easy to use AND is just about Bug-Free. Haven't found any bugs yet, but I'm sure there's at least one.

I woudn't recommend Advanced Platform Movement, really. It's not so flexible and we had problems using it in the old CFP.
