So who feels like running some IRC events

yeah I was a bit confused as to why that MFGG Bosses thing needed its own channel

there was like, nothing going on in the regular one at the time

it's a just in case thing, because that's really All consuming, so.

well, you guys can have your own irc and we can have another channel for these "events" they're talking about

but it isn't NCFC now

if those workshops are done, rather than it being like, one person doing all the work it'll probably be whoever's there


like a homework club except it doesn't really feature homework

The one I hosted last time during NCFC, we could do more of those for sure. I could write up the questions, and if I was given the subject of the day, I could make all the questions around that.

back in the old irc, joey and quicky told me to go to a different channel and do it.

and i still don't think current ops want to.

regardless, i do think it needs to come back, but i want to try using a different no-class system this time. one of the things i didnt like was going back and forth to try and find what x skill did. it was irritating.

that said, i'd like to bring it back, but i'm not sure when i will.

Well I haven't followed it at all so I have absolutely no idea how it works, but I don't think it's too much of a strain to dedicate a couple of hours a week or whatever to it.

But yeah peak hours are between 10PM and and about 5AM UTC which is something like 5PM-0AM EST so if you're interested I'd recommend taking a timeslot from there for MAXIMUM COVERAGEEEE

I'd also like to add that before suggesting a time for this, if I do decide to try out the idea, I'd have to consult with some of the fangaming experts to see what times they'll be likely to be online. A major point of the idea is to get information from experts on how to program things well.

There would be a **** load of problems like I always had.

Actually, I could make it so my microphone isn't streaming through my god damn headset like last time and instead try to get my stereo mix organized. I could also do live streaming of Steam games with my new hardrive.
