It's accurate to the way he is looking. Your feet are meant to move up and out, then in. I can understand the fact it looks weird because the shoes are the same color as the sprite, but if you look at it carefully it is accurate.

No. One animation is the bare minimum, I believe.

I think it was on the spriters resource, it was a really weird kirby. Mine is kind of inspired by it. But mine is still custom. Especialy considering how TSR isn't working for me so i can't link to it at the moment.
