Incorrect. They re-designed most of the levels to make them more fun or to make more sense of their designs as opposed to frustrating and "there just for a platforming puzzle." And no, that doesn't mean they're getting rid of some parts of the levels, they're actually expanding them this way.

For example, remember the vats of glowing green goo with the spinning platforms that you had to jump on, and time? That puzzle isn't there in that way. It doesn't make any sense to BE there in the facility in that way. The vats are there but you don't have to step on their rotating platforms.

They even redesigned the enemy positions and some AI.
