Paper Mario: The Dark Age!, These are just ideas.

Some ideas! Some Equip items ideas I got so far! Add more soon!

Brown Shoes: Get to only do Jump. Jump's damage is 1 HP.
Blue Overalls: Dose nothing.
Wooden Hammer: Get to do Hammer. Hammer's damage is 2 HP.
Gloves: Get to do Punch. Punch's damage is 1 HP.

Mario's items:

Red Shoes: Get to do Power Jump and makes Mario faster. Level 1 Power Jump's damage is 3 HP, Level 2 damage is 5 HP, Level 3 damage is 7 HP.
Red Overalls: Makes Mario stronger and makes Mario lose less HP when hurt.
Red Hammer Charge Badge: Charges Mario's Hammer attacks by 3%.

Luigi's items:

Green Shoes: Get to do High Jump and makes Luigi faster. Level 1 High Jump's damage is 3 HP, Level 2 damage is 5 HP, Level 3 damage is 7 HP.
Purple Overalls: Makes Luigi stronger and makes Luigi lose less HP when hurt.
Green Hammer Charge Badge: Charges Luigi's Hammer attacks by 3%.

Mario & Luigi's items:

Hammer Charge Badge: Charges Hammer attacks by 1%.
Golden Hammer Charge Badge: Charges Hammer attacks by 6%.
Metal Hammer: Two times as stronger as the Wooden Hammer.
Golden Hammer: Three times as stronger as the Metal Hammer.
Power Punch Gloves: Three times as stronger as normal Gloves.
Jump Charge Badge: Charges Jump attacks by 2%.

Lucky Cap: Mario gets hurt 2 times less and sometimes lucky things happen.
Shine Sprite T-Shirt: Mario get's hurt 2 times as much and makes Mario two time faster.
Red Jump Charge Badge: Charges Mario's Jump attacks by 5%.
Red Jump Badge: Let's Mario do Super Power Jump.
Red Power Star: Let's Mario to do Super High Jump.

Luigi's Items:

Green Lucky Badge: Luigi gets three times stronger and anytime lucky things can happen.
Mario's Clothes: Let's Luigi do what Mario gets to do.
Green Jump Charge Badge: Charges Luigi's Jump attacks by 5%.
Green Jump Badge: Let's Luigi do Super High Jump.
Green Power Star: Let's Luigi to do Super Power Jump.

I understand that you want to convey your ideas for a game and that you've got a.....decent imagination.

But will you be capable of creating this game? RPGs aren't exactly a first-time game to be creating and you haven't exactly shown any of your experience in programming.

Not trying to be discouraging, just laying it out there.

I am quite good with RPG's. (depends on what software)

I've been trying to use Game Maker...but it's too hard for me....

Protip: use RPG Maker

I recommend 2000 or XP, just google them and you'll find it. XP full you have to pay for (or there are free versions), but 2000 has less stuff, but it's all free.

It means you've got imagination but I cannot determine the exact level, due to the game idea being based off an existing, official idea.

I have a great idea for a Paper Mario game but suck at programming and I'm too shy to post the idea. Who really cares?

Anyway... GameMaker isn't the solution to RPG games... nor is RPG Maker, yet is the best one on the net. =/
