The head is too big compared with the body and his arms are too thin.

Oh also, the legs are too short.

No offense, but the look is like......"I'm gonna molest you."

The legs are a bit short, but overall, the design is nice. Though probably a bit too generic, as many people seem to have a "normal guy" reference. Only other person with a similar reference I can name is HatMan, but you get the picture.

The neck looks really weird, I can't explain it, though. The placement of his feet looks a bit weird, since his feet are going in different directions, but it would seem alright. His arms still look too thin, and his arms look like they're just sitting there and not in his jacket.

Did you just pull that outta your ass or something?

Anyway, It's probably just thin or something. I can fix the feet. Not sure how I'm going to do the arms, but hey. Although, the left arm seems fine to me. And I don't know how to fix the "just sitting there" problem with the arms.

I'm going to skip the anatomy and stuff like that because everyone has already mentioned it. From a design point of view it is fairly bland. He lacks some defining characteristics to make him stand out. Right now he's just a guy in a hoodie and pants. I think he needs a little more to escape from the generic scene.

I was working on his battle form, but I drew that in like 5 minutes and it totally sucks.

I guess I'll just give him some basic stuff.

Think of it this way, the human brain looks for imperfections and differences in facial features and such so we can tell each other apart.

So you just need a few things to make it stand out.

Can't think of any ways to improve the "blandness" issue, so I'm leaving it for now.

For some reason it looks really weird. There's something unnatural about his pose.

There are infinite ways to make your character stand out. Give it some strange hair style. Have it sprout wings. Make the shoes look like stomped black boos.

If you can't solve it because you can't think of anything interesting, then....you just need to start brainstorming (aka, come up with a bunch of random ideas), narrow them down to things that interest you, and work from those settings.

Probably the most weeaboo, uncreative recommendation that one possibly could imagine.

Give him horns.
