Well it needs a ton off AA, the lines are really jagged. Try to make the lineart so it is a smooth oval rather than using the circle tool in MS paint. Now your lightsource is good, but you could shade it a little better. Try a YI pallet that has more contrast. And you only need 8 frames, I tested it out myself. When you have 10, it makes it slower, and harder to animate. With 8 frames, it's easier and actually smoother/faster. You have a good idea, but the main problem is how its really jagged, round out the lines, and those two pixels on the sides should be lengthened so then the lineart is smoother.

You are clashing angles.

Unless he is supposed to fly at that angle/the rest of the level is at that angle.
