Here, I fixed your engine for you. I also changed the background scrolling a bit, because if you accelerate beyond the first half of the view and then went backwards, the entire background would stop moving(making you think that you're not moving). I'll remove the background scrolling changes if you like, though.

EDIT: Nevermind. I can fix the speed by splitting the level in half. Apparently, the data in the level was too much for the program. huh.gif

Anyway, ERR I MEAN Moving on, the forest world is coming along quite nicely. I just need to program what happens when you beat a level.

TO-DO LIST:

-Sparker, could I have some Aviator Gooms for the shmup level? They can be just your pirate enemy in various multicolored planes, but one of them has to be in a bee plane.

I'll update the list later.

The game has the most frusterating level design ever.
Other than that it looks pretty good though...

I find that when you need to jump to anotherm platfor or something the ceiling or blocks above you seem to get in your way. Try raising it a bit.

Well, all the game data is lost for now since I moved to Costa Rica, but hopefully I can get it going again in a few months. For now, stay strong. This project isn't dead yet!!
