MechaBowserRobot Master: ButlerMan
Monochrome robot designed like a stereotypical British butler. ButlerMan's man purpose was to service Wily while he would be making robots! But ButlerMan showed secret skills in throwing plates!
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Plate Toss - Mega Man fires plates like frisbees from his Mega Buster. Color scheme is white on dark gray.
--------------
RobbydudeRobot Master: MusicMan

--------------
M. BisonRobot Master: MetoolMan
Yellow armored robot with a Metool for a head. Body armor has the markings found on Japanese construction worker's hard hats - a band with a cross on the front. Wily, being the dumbass he is, decided to finally build a Robot Master made of Metool material, so Megaman would be finally crushed. Wily, still being a dumbass, forgot that the metal used to make Met helmets is EXPENSIVE, so he couldn't afford to armor most of his back (And he still can't). So thus was Metoolman exhalted into Wily's basement. That is, until Wily decided to attack the world yet again, but was short one robot master, so he quickly nabbed Metoolman and started his mad rampages once more... He's a quick ******* for his size and the weight of his armor. He is impervious in the front but not his back. However, he's very fast, and will fire sticky mini-Mets at you to slow you down even more. He has an arm cannon similar to a Met's mouth cannon, but he can charge his blast, and will do so, especially if you're being hasseled by mini-Mets. However, if you can find something to slow him down instantly, that's another story...
Stage Design: The old, abandoned Wily Metool plant. Semi-functional machinery can lead to hazards.
Master Weapon: Metool Shield - Pressing the B button with this equipped does nothing, but when equipped, Mega will automatically pull out a shield when being struck. It will deflect or absorb projectiles, but if you press B, when being struck, at the right moment, the deflected projectile can re-dish out damage in the opposite direction. Color scheme is white on yellow.
--------------
shymouseRobot Master: MaskMan
Spindly-armed robot with a torso that looks like stereotypical shadowy dark matter. He captures the forms of other beings in his weapon, the Face Stealer, so he can maintain a form for time limit. He can even transfer the the being's form into other robots. This helps Dr. Wily have a steady supply of powerful robot masters/warriors.
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Face Stealer - Allows Mega Man to turn into an enemy he points at (or other object) for a very short time. During that time, he can't attack, but he can't get hurt either. It takes a longer-then average time to reload. Color scheme is magenta on purple.
--------------
ZenorRobot Master: RopeMan
Robot with very thin arms and midsection, like they were made of rope, as well as a ponytail. Uses ropes. He's fast, but doesn't have a high jump. So he uses ropes to get on higher positions. For attacks, he throws ropes at Mega Man (not only horizontally) and shoots a rope at Mega Man. If it hits him, Mega Man gets hurt, becomes unable to move and also slowly keeps getting near Rope Man. He can get out of the ropes before getting very near Rope Man, but if he doesn't, he gets hurt again and is shoot away from him.
Stage Design: A base attached to a canyon. So the level is about only going up.
Master Weapon: Grapple Hook - Can be used to get on higher places, and also hit enemies. Can swing from ceilings. Color scheme is light tan on yellow.
--------------
Shyguy GreyRobot Master: PhoenixMan
Gold-colored robot with flame jet "wings" and a red visor and green trim.
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Phoenix Warp - Mega Man dashes forwards in a ball of flame, unable to be damaged. Color scheme is gold on brown.
--------------
~Smoke~Robot Master: SmokeMan
Blue-gray robot with arrow symbols on his hands and feet, a bandana, an eye patch over his right eye, and a scar on his left. SmokeMan was created by Dr. Zeke to counter Dr. Mecha's rebels. SmokeMan's main job was kidnapping. "which he does on girls personally >:3"
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Do Not Vote--------------
Joe InkyRobot Master: VacuumMan
Yellow and orange robot with a tube-shaped head and vacuum tubes in his chest and for hands. Originally created to clean Dr. Wily's castle, the evil scientist soon found another use for this robots super suction ability...
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Do Not Vote--------------
Project_MKRobot Master: HuMan
Looks like a horrible science experiment reject. Looks human aside from the skull head and mettalic patches on body.
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Sticky Bomb - Mega Man fires bombs that can stick to walls and explode on contact. Color scheme is white on light gray.
--------------
MrGuyRobot Master: RadiationMan
Army green robot with a spherical torso that has a yellow radiation symbol on it. RadiationMan was built by Dr. Wily, to be used as a weapon of mass destruction. His main attack is emitting dangerous nuclear radiation, but his also is equipped with a blaster. He is powered by nuclear fusion.
Stage Design: Radiation Man lives inside an abandoned nuclear power plant. This power plant also contains large vats of toxic materials, which Mega Man will have to avoid falling intro.
Master Weapon: Radiation Shield - Emits a ring of radiation from Mega Man. This is a short-range weapon, but it OHKOs anything in that range (except for bosses/minibosses). Color scheme is light pink on pink.
--------------
JazzRobot Master: SoundMan
Blue and gold robot was a set of speakers attached to its back in an X-shape.
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Do Not Vote--------------
GlukomI'm not transcribing the entire submission, as it was posted as one giant image.Robot Master: StratMan
Light blue robot with a guitar-shaped head.
Stage Design: Do Not Vote - the battle arena is not the whole level.
Master Weapon: Power Riff - Mega Man shoots out a sound wave that slowly grows in size. Color scheme is peach on light blue.
--------------
MrFiiRobot Master: GhostMan
White and blue robot surrounded with blue fire, a ghost's "tail" for legs, a white hood with red eyes, and a sword. Ghost Man is a robot master who was originally a grave digger. Dr. Wily reprogrammed the robot to let the unexpected to "Rest in Peace". Ghost Man will do these attacks in random orders. His main attack is by throwing his fireballs toward you. His secondary attack is more complex, as he releases his ghost as they possess you into jumping onto a spike. You have to keep pressing A to remove your curse. Also, while you're possessed, Ghost Man won't attack you. When he attacks three times, he will teleport to another place of the room.
Stage Design: Do Not Vote - the battle arena is not the whole level.
Master Weapon: Ghost Possess - Mega Man fires ghost-shaped projectiles from his Mega Buster. This is an interesting weapon. It will allow the second player to control any enemy the ghost hits, but if a second controller is not connected, the CPU will control it. The down side of the weapon is that it cannot possess bosses, it harms them. Color scheme is pink on gray.
--------------
TriRobot Master: ToolMan
A robot with a cylindrical torso with a panel on the front, and different tools painted onto his body and blaster. Created by Doctor Wily to be his PERSONAL LAB ASSISTANT TOOLBOX MODEL II THAT WOULDN'T BE RETARDEDLY HUGE OR USELESS, he eventually ended up being turned into a Robot Master though he refused to comply at first because he wasn't designed for battle.
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Wrench Cannon - It's basically a large wrench that goes in an arc a la Skeleton bone from Castlevania. If forward is pressed, the angle of the arc will be small but the distance will be far. If up is pressed, the angle will be large but the distance will be minimal. If nothing or diagonal up-forward is pressed, the angle will be 45 and the distance will be larger than up but smaller than forward. Color scheme is silver on dark gray.
--------------
AlexRobot Master: FrictionMan
A simplistic robot with an antenna array attached to his back, a visor over his eyes, and a pair of ray guns. He was created to lowers/raise the friction between Wily's car and the road, so that Wily could cheat himself into winning racing competitions. Wily soon came up with the idea that Friction Man maybe would be good in battle too. And so he was...
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Friction Modify - Allows you to freeze enemies in place. Color scheme is light blue on green.
--------------
B.M.Robot Master: MantisMan
Robot in the shape of a giant mantis. He'll probably attack by like climbing walls with his pincers and slashing at MegaMan with some sort of beam slashy attack.
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Mantis Claw - An energy slash that becomes smaller and weaker the further it travels, until it vanishes completely. Color scheme is dark green on lime green.
--------------
ClutchRobot Master: JetMan
Blue and silver robot with jet wings and engines on his back, a green gem on his chest, and a jet's nose cone for his, well, nose. Jetman was originally created to help serve as an instructor in pilot training exercises at an esteemed flight academy. His design similarity to a fighter aircraft was intended to allow him to fly alongside the students to help boost their confidence, guide them in advanced maneuvers, and if necessary, provide midair assistance if something went wrong. As a cost-effectiveness measure, he was designed for the same fuel used in the planes at the academy.
After Dr. Wily abducted him, he was converted to serve his evil plans and refitted with missiles. However, as combat was never a part of his original training program, he still relies primarily on his fancy flying skills to defend himself. This renders many attacks from the ground against him ineffective, but it may leave him vulnerable to weapons with the range to reach him.
Though he's known to be very cocky, having much faith in his own flying prowess, he's also known for a keen eye for potential in others, and a strong willingness to help them reach it. He also has a close friendship with Turbo Man.
Stage Design: Begins high in the sky on floating platforms. Plane enemies come in from the side in an effort to push Mega Man off the platforms to his doom. As Mega Man moves through each screen, he gets closer and closer to the ground, until reaching an airplane hangar area. The last hangar contains Jet Man.
Master Weapon: Jet Missle - Allows Mega Man to follow rocket-like shots that start with slow movement and pick up speed as they hone in on a target. Color scheme is gray on blue.
--------------
ParakarryRobot Master: WireMan
Cylindrical robot with wires connecting from the back of his head to the back of his torso, light bulb in top of head, torso painted like a battery, and three thick wires bundled together to form hands. Wire Man was a maintenance robot. His long cord-based arms were created for helping correct electrical problems, give power to needed machines, and re-route electricity flow to desired areas. But when Dr. Wily seized control of the factory, Wire Man became a tool for the evil doctor's destructive desires.
Now he uses his power wire arms for electric-based combat, and can extend them to grapple onto surfaces, as Mega Man himself did when he used the Wire item from Mega Man 4.
Stage Design: Wire Man resides in the mechanical factory that was his home before Dr. Wily took it over. It houses many machines and contraptions, such as pistons, conveyor belts, and large robots coming off assembly lines. Some machines have even malfunctioned and pose a dangerous electrical hazard, shorting out and damaging anyone on contact. His battle room is a control room for the factory. There are large live wires coursing underneath the ground.
Master Weapon: Current Cord - Fires a live electrical wire either forwards or straight up. Color scheme is yellow on dark gray.
--------------
NeopolisRobot Master: WarpMan
A large white robot with a claw-like gun on one hand and a blue-eyed camera on top of his head. There is a blue spiral symbol on his chest. WarpMan attacks mainly by shooting portals. He shoots blue portals to the walls on the side, which hurt MegaMan when they hit him. After making a blue Portal, he'll try to make an orange Portal above MegaMan and jump on him through it!
Stage Design: WarpMan's stage is a testing area, entirely in white. There'll be a lot of rooms where you have to accomplish an objective to advance, such as killing all enemies, or the occasional puzzle.
Master Weapon: Portal Gun - It'll create portals that will take you from spot A to spot B, which can be shot in all 8 directions. However, the portals close after you use them, so use with caution. Color scheme is white on light blue.
--------------
123JamesRobot Master: Rhythm Woman
A cheer leader with a baton. She strikes a pose and music notes fly out of her. If you are hit by one you will dance along with the boss music until she attacks you.
secondary attack: she throws her baton at you and it comes back to her in a boomerang like manner. She is guaranteed to use this attack moments after you get hit with one on the notes if you do. However she uses it at random as well.
Stage Design: Do Not VoteMaster Weapon: Rhythm Baton - A Baton is fired from Mega Man that moves like a boomerang. Color scheme is pink on dark red.
