I want to say the eyes, as well as the hair could use some work in terms of quality and making it look more like her. The shading looks off, and the lane ate needs to be smoothened, as well as he pointy chin. If I get time this week I might pull an edit out of my ass. As for now, I'd say look at some references. Women's chins aren't pointy, man. Nor do facial structures even have that kind of shading.
