Super Mario MUGEN Edits, Original sprites by Shinryoga

Okay. So this morning and last night, I was working on a sheet of edited sprites for Shinryoga's Super Mario, made for MUGEN. I couldn't find very many poses, but the original ones were taken from their proper GIF, out of screenshots, and one was found from N64Mario's "Mushroom Dan Is Good For You" picture. Then I took them into Appleworks, fixed them up, and tada! Credits are inside the sheet, enjoy!

PS-I have also included a GIF of the original Stance pose for use in Game Maker, Flash, or something. If you use these and/or my edits in Flash, games, comics, posters, banners, whatever, you need to give credit to everyone included.

THIS IS GOOD!
It's great, but the victory end pose needs a little work.
I bet this gets accepted!
Also, could I use it for -like- an avatar?

Did you get permission from Shinryoga to edit his work and submit it? If not, that's theft.

Well, I can't eMail him. I tried, but it didn't work.

Besides, I gave credit. I know I didn't make it ALL myself. Then it would look like crap.

Well, if he didn't respond back saying yes you could edit it, it would be considered theft because you didn't have his permission.

No. What I meant by "it didn't work" was I eMailed him, but he failed to recieve it. When I sent it, it said something about...well, let's just say it couldn't even send out. So of course he couldn't eMail back!

Until you manage to contact him and get a "yes" from him then its theft.

It doesn't make a difference. Unless it said use freely, which I dought it did, it's theft.

I just checked, nothing about the sprites was found

Meaning, you better get some permission from him now, Goombill R. Koopario

Also, IIRC, MFGG follows a similar rule to tSR's (They don't want anybody outside of the community having their custom sprites submitted w/out permission).

So yeah, unless you follow Taiki's advice, you are ****ed!
