This may sound crazy but maybe you guys can have a board for UHH holders...
like the CCC for Casuals...

The CCC exists because it rewards members by allowing them to post at a more lenient pace.

What would make a UHH-CCC so special? Aside from the fact it's small now, and will slowly grow over the years, and unless you can do whatever, there isn't much significance.

That's be kind of ironic. Remain ban-free for 5 years only to post in a super special CCC where you can post things that could potentially get you banned in another board.

Badge mods, Global mods, and Administrators are responsible for handing out badges. So no, it's not automated.
