Anyways, I have a high metabolism. And eat alot. And still retain a very good weight for my height, being slightly below average but not even close to unhealthly skinny. And am between underweight and normal according to the chart on the last page.

I either have a really high metabolism (somewhat likely), am really physically fit (not likely), or something's wrong with me (likely), because I sit here all day, I eat a lot, I'm 5'10, and I only weigh 130 lbs.

A lot of young people have high metabolisms.

Unfortunately this doesn't always last after you've finished puberty and then your old lifestyle just won't cut it as you start to gain more weight.

Nah, just do daily activities and you'll be fine. I say I sit here all day but really, I play soccer, enjoy playing on swing sets(shut up), and walk around a lot, since I live right beside a shopping plaza.

The best way to stay fit is to get a dog imo.

And they're just so cute!

Y'know it's not truly hard to stop being fat.

I used to be around 210 pounds because of some asthma medicine or something, never bothered me until I met some kid who tried to make fun of me and actualy could beat me up! Such rare case made me bitter, so I started with some SUCESSFUL diets and lots of exercise, in less than 5 months I was 170 with 85% of my weight being from muscle and bones.

That kid got daily plowing and mocking for having a big nose, turning his school life into pure ****, in fact he ended up failing the school year and going to another place because of all the stress, sometimes I feel like a jerk because of that but the kind of jerk that still laughs at the jerkittudes I did.

The point is, I did it in 5 months guys, you have the choice and you can do it, just get the money you would waste on games in 5 months and spend it on a nutrologist and gym set, worked with me and could probably work with you too.

Because food gives you energy. Eating less and exercising makes you get tired easily.
