as far as individual powers go

	Members	Casual Members	Wiki Sysops	IRC Operators	Site Staff	Badge Mods	Moderators	Global Moderators	Administrators
Can edit/delete/split/merge other people's posts?					1		2
Can issue Badges?

Can Change Names?
Can give CCC access and promote/demote members?
Can edit board skins and options?

¹ Site Staff may only perform these actions in the submit-it. DJ Yoshiman, Tragic, and Nicholas Ainsworth can also edit comments on the main site.
² normal Moderators may only perform these actions in their respective forums.
³ Wiki Sysops may only ban members on the MFGG Wiki.
⁴ IRC Operators may only ban users on the IRC Channel.
⁵ Site Staff (well okay, Yoshiman) can only ban members on the main site.

So just bear this in mind. Also note that some moderators, global moderators and administrators have further permissions on MFGG's main site, its Wiki and its IRC Channel.


Now. If the member has a blue SITE STAFF user icon, HE OR SHE CANNOT BAN PEOPLE OR GIVE BADGES K
