How did you get your character?

When I first played Ragnarok Online I needed a name for the character I was making, I chose Breloom and it all kicked off from there.

I've been a Breloom maniac ever since 2004.

Well, I got my character when I was a kid way back before I even came here. While I was bored and don't know what to do, my Mom suggests I should make some comics. So I drew them. My first character was a light-blue colored Yoshi with a backwards blue cap whose name is Videogame Dude. However, after drawing a few comics with Videogame Dude, I decide to draw some comics with a boy with blue hair who was Videogame Dude's first human pal. And bang! My ref was born!

I took elements from my old Yoshi character and made a new one. Me liking Snoopy as a kid probably has something to do with why it looks like a Beagle.

When I started publishing books, I decided I needed to adopt a human character. His name was my girlfriend's idea.

Originally a SUPAH BUFF version of the IRL me, he kinda came on and off. Redid the attitude and costume and overall design every year, and so far it's been a tradition to create a new version of him ever since 2005.

Which means there's 5 versions so far. WHAT'S UNIQUE ABOUT MY CHARACTER (shut up you know yours isn't) is that every version is somehow related to the next and last and they all live in a contemporary universe and sometimes I draw sketches of them fightan together or somethin'.

When I joined my first forum, I wanted to chose an avatar that resembled my name, so I googled "Bomb" and got up a pipebomb with a clock timer.
Then when I joined here I just put two hands on it.

When I first designed'em, he had a red cap worn backwards, with the big Mario M on it, and then he wore this red t-shirt, some jeans, and them shoes Mario wore. I had the whole "mushroom kingdom hearts" vibe at the time so.
In total, I probably redesigned him like, fifty times? The only differences there ever are, are the clothes though. .-.

I wanted someone to draw me, so I made up a stick figure with green hair and pink shoes really quickly.

It was a Shadow, Tails and Knuckles frankenstein.. was ugly as hell, but yeah I gave him clothes and couldn't draw the tails so I just stuck to what I have now.
