and on the dithering, I wanted to try something different to that's what I tried. It also isn't exact dithering, just a form of it.

And flamedragon, try adding more objects or platforms to yours. It might help somewhat.

EDIT: I guess this is what I have. unless I decide to change something, this is final.

A form of dithering is still dithering

It mostly hurts on the stem of the mushroom platform, where it doesn't even look like shading.

And I'd make the background less saturated and darker, especially on the blue part
