For those who wish to know what the plot for Cavern Soulus was going to be, I'll just sum it up here, because this game has a completely new plot.
In Cavern Soulus, Pyrama was actually the bad guy; she was forcing you to collect the gem keys because she was unable to take them. After you collect them all for you, she sends the Sibux after you that she created. Once he is defeated, she mutates into a big monster and is the final boss.

WHY?!?!?!

Cave Soulus was awesome.

Bring it back!

Dude I just got the unlock, and I have to say it was awesome!

Though I can't enter the next world...

and maybe you should think about getting someone to help sprite?

Got the Sword in the new game, tried advancing, got an error that there IS no next room.

Honestly, Cavern Soulus's art style was better than this new one.

The characters look like they're from SMB, the backgrounds look like they're from a crappy flash, and the sword looks like it's from a minimalistic game.

Also, why are the characters still so small?

I'm not sure what it was, it was most likely the story. I'm not saying this game won't be good(although the sprites are clashing, imo, the styles are different for like, every sprite), but I was hoping to see what happens to Kiubus.
