Sure he's probably going to lose his cheating girlfriend and he was put through a lot during this whole escapade, but he no longer has to deal with being a father so young. Plus, he's probably not going to be having under-age sex any time soon. There are upsides and downsides, but him not being the father is a good thing. In any case, before he figured out he wasn't the father, he definitely showed a lot of integrity for his age, what with wanting to take responsibility and refusing abortion and all. I still say he shouldn't have done that so young, but chances are he's learned his lesson.
