M&L styled toad population, I submitted it and it was declined.

I made some M&L toads in the style of THE ADVENTURES OF SUPER MARIO BROS 3,where they were more like humans and not just toad recolored (personally,I hate that ).It was declined because "A lot of things are poorly stretched and skewed, and could benefit from some more animation and de-pixelization."
But what do you think ?

If it's declined a first time, it's definately not going to be accepted the second time unless you edit it.

I'd agree with the decline statement, personally. They all only have a standing still animation in 4 directions, which isn't even technically animation to begin with.

The proportions are also pretty bad. Why is a side view toad shorter than it's front view? In general, they could use much more work, as in their current state, they're just edits that anyone can make, and have no animations, making them pretty useless for an RPG (unless you like NPCs who stand still but that's boring).

Thanks luigi and jerry,I tried to make them just like standing NPCs for a M&L game.Perhaps I will edit them to make walking animations.It wasn't my intention,but perhaps doing this they will get acepted.

Why do people write "BLANK SPACE LOL!!!!" on their spritesheets?

Its just unprofessional.

Fix them up a little more and they'll be perfect.

Too be honest I didn't like the M&L 1 Toads.

I like how the Sportsman toad is a giant compared to normal Toads.
