I really liked the opening/intro song of DBZ Budokai 3.
I can't think of any song I disliked in a game atm

SSBB's was awesome as well, for the most part. Personal Favorites: DKC map screen / bonus level, DKC intro remix, SML underground, Clu Clu Land, Balloon Trip, and Powerup Music (Wrecking Crew). DK Country, as well as Super Mario Land and SML2, had some sweet tracks as well. Honorable mentions: M&L Beanbean Kingdom and Oho Ocean Seabed, SMW water level, SM64's JRB/DDD and TTC/RR tracks. As for worst music ever, Ashley's Theme from WarioWare: Touched was bearable, but the remix they did in Brawl was craptacular.

I think Sonic Battle as a whole just had probably one of the worst soundtracks you'll ever hear in a game. I was actually given headaches from the menu music.
